...and the re-edit continues in earnest!
Since I have published my last book, I have been re-editing my previous book and first novel,
'The Seasons May Drift.'
I'm hoping that this will be completed by this Wednesday as that is when I will publish the new cover design for the book. If is not completed by then it will be by the weekend at the latest.
I have been sitting out in my little sheltered garden, while it has been raining. Where I sit is covered from the rain and it is lovely to write outside in such weather.. It seems to provide a certain serenity about it that inspires me to put pen to paper in the creation of new material, Sunny days also inspire me but different moods of writing with each element of weather! I wonder if you find it to be the same for you?!
Happy Writing!

..and the re-edit commences forthwith!
A View To An Edit!
As 'Times Hearts' has now been published, I have set to task on the final re-edit of my first novel, 'The Seasons May Drift.' I have already designed a brand new cover for it. I will be making the new cover public soon, once I have completed the re-edit.
After this is completed I will begin work on a fact based book
'Scenes from a Journey' which is me dabbling in a bit of journalism in a miniscule way. This book covers two aspects, a journey told through recounts of places I remember from my childhood and also my traveling endeavors in various towns and cities as an adult.
So keep 'em peeled!
My books are all available, currently free, direct from the publishers. Please click on which books you may be interested to read. Click on a book cover to the right of this column, it will bring you directly to the publishers download page. Enjoy!

Aside of all of that, having five books published, I still feel very much the new kid on the block, when it comes to writing. I am never very sure of it. Always questioning if I have done enough. Am I any good at writing and all literary questions fly into my mind. I have learnt along the way, so far, that if it is good enough, it IS good enough. We all make mistakes and no one book is perfect from scratch. I am just happy that as a newbie author that people are reading my books and that my dream, ever since I was a child, to write these stories and have them published has come true. I just hope I have enough time to write them all.

Times in July!
Forward Write
I have been formatting 'Times Hearts' and got an idea for another short story to add to it...so this has set the publication to July. I won't give a specific date, as I have done so before. I am enjoying writing this book and I have a few firm favourite short stories from it.
In other writing news, my re-editing of my first published novel 'The Seasons May Drift' will begin in earnest in July/August. I am eager to get this sorted as there was a few minor errors that had been overlooked. But these don't distract from the story so it is not a major issue.
I have had a lot going on recently and time is more constrained now so my hours to write are even less :( but hopefully this will be sorted soon. Thanks for your patience whilst awaiting publication of my next book.
In the meanwhile, check out my other books, currently all e-books, but will be available in paperback soon and limited signed copies.
For now my books can be found in all good online book stores including iTunes, Barnes&Noble, Sony e-Reader, Lulu.com, Smashwords and other good book outlets.
Links are to the right of this page. Download and Enjoy!

Here soon!
Here soon!
Publication of my book of short stories 'Times Hearts' is delayed. It will not now be published until July. Most likely mid July.. It has been complicated by a mini novella, which needed some tending too and a short story that is still not complete.
Sorry about the delay. Thank you for your patience.
A re-edit of 'The Seasons May Drift' will commence once 'Times Heart's is published. Then after, work will commence on 'Scenes from a Journey' and later this year, the audio version of my first book 'The Promise.'
Next year sees work beginning on a historical romance novel. Which will most likely take some many months to complete, if not a year. The novel, it is hoped, will be published in paperback and available through my blog and website to purchase, with limited signed copies available.. It will not be available in eBook form, although a sample chapter will be made available online.
All this to come.
I am rather excited by the work that is yet to be written. I love the creative process of writing a book and all that it entails, bar formatting of course!
Will update again in the next day or so!

Publication
Publication of my next book 'Times Hearts' is delayed by one day! I had intended to have it published on Wednesday the 5th of June but I am still working away on finishing up a story which is taking longer than anticipated.
I did so hope to have it finished by today but alas this was not to be. The book contains a number of short stories and a mini novella.
Blog Update later today

Write Away!
News and Announcements
I'm currently midway through my next book 'Times Hearts.' The book, although intended just for short stories, will include a mini novella.
As of this minute, I have some firm favorite short stories already included. The theme of the book is romance and relationships in the contemporary, fantasy and historical genres. In essence there is something for everyone in it, at least I hope so! The book is set to be published on the 5th of June.
Aside of writing, I will be hosting another 24 hour Twitter Fundraiser for Pancreatitis Research on the 26th. The last one I just made it to the 24hrs.
I am hoping this time round that I can raise more money for such a worthy cause and in memory of a very dear close friend Carl Cropley, who lost his battle with Pancreatitis last year.
Please give what you can, no matter how small to help research into pancreatitis and other diseases of the pancreas. Donate what you can, either text or online. http://www.justgiving.com/hopeforcure
Please note: All donations go directly to the charity so they can continue this vital research.
So far £21 has been raised of a target of £3000. There is a long way to go and even though when I am not doing a 24hr Twitter Fundraisers for the charity, you can still give even the smallest amount by text or online
To Donate by text simply text code:

Please please help the charity. I know times are tough but if we all chip in a little then we can do a lot! Thank you so very much x
